For some unknown reason, we went for a little more Christmas shopping. I got the girls some Polly Pocket dolls and a video, and Emma spent the rest of

(I took the picture from offline somewhere...forgive me if it's yours.)
I am SO sleepy...which is odd, since I didn't get up until 12:30 and took about a half-hour nap today. My ear is hurting again, though, so that might have something to do with it. (Oh, and I took a headache pill....that might be the reason, too.)
Daddy took the girls to church for their Christmas play practice...if it hadn't been for that no one would have gone anywhere, but it's their first one, so they're all excited about it. I stayed home with my little dog...
who has been sick today. He had a MAJOR accident in his crate this morning (that's what I get for sleeping in), and had diarrhea most of the day...it's settled down some now, though. At first I couldn't figure out why...was he sick? did he eat something icky when Daddy took him out yesterday? something he ate? worms?...then I figured it out; Daddy and Anna gave him chili beans yesterday when we had them for lunch. THAT explains the whining and rubbing of his little bottom after he did his business. Poor little fellow. No more chili beans! He's asleep on the couch now...and feeling much better. He didn't want to eat this morning, until Emma left her peanut butter and syrup sandwich on the chair...then he ate and she made herself another one. lol After that he started feeling much better, and when I took him out the last time he no longer had....do you REALLY want to hear all this? lol
The girls have been working on designing clothes again. Anna is making clothes for the $40 doll, and Emma is working on clothes for her mannequin. I don't think I mentioned it yesterday when I was talking about what they bought with their Christmas $$, but Emma bought a little wooden mannequin, the ones from the art section, used as a model for drawing; but this one is being a model for clothes. She's planning (as soon as Daddy finds the camera battery charger) to take pictures of all her creations. She asked me last night if we could go on a field trip to a place where they designed clothes, and I am fairly sure there isn't one around here, but then I thought maybe it would be enough to go to a fabric store and she can see all the different kinds of fabric, and look through the pattern books, and go to some different kinds of stores to see the styles of clothes...I'm thinking of a bridal shop, clothing stores, boutiques...anywhere she can see different types and styles.
