This is the first I've been out since my ear started hurting Saturday, and even though I'm wearing a funky little hat to keep it warm it's still hurting some...and the darn hat doesn't want to stay over it. So I'm pulling it down over and over again...talk about hat hair!
I got Emma the book "Real Lives" by Grace Llewellyn...it's kind of a follow-up to The Teenage Liberation Handbook, which our library doesn't have, but she's been having some questions about a few things "If I don't do any school work, can I still go to a prom?" And I thought this might answer a few questions and soothe some thoughts she's having. I also go Dave Barry's History of the Millennium...I looked at it the other day when we were here and didn't get it, but I've been thinking of it since and thought I'd like to read it...especially since I've been staying home so much lately. I thought this was funny...he says the first thing Hillary Clinton did when elected to NY Senate was to hire Brad Pitt as an intern. lol That would've been MY first move, that's for sure!
