The theme for the Reading Club meeting today was Pizza and Games. In the picture Emma is playing DDR with a new friend. I poked Daddy and whispered, "Look, they're social!" lol
Emma won a prize, too! A 2-person, 1 day pass for an amusement park! We're planning a trip for the second week of September, now. : )
We had just enough time to come home and eat before we had to go out again for VBS. After VBS we took Justus home and talked a little bit with Mom. I got two of my books back she had borrowed. I'm looking forward to reading them. I started on one of my other ones while I was waiting for VBS to be over, but didn't finish it. It's about a town close to us...that's why I bought it. I think it's cool to read about places you "know" in books. ; )
