I still haven't gotten around to playing a game with the girls...I went in the bedroom to get the new games on the shelf and ended up working on several other games and game boxes and moving the craft kits off the game shelf to make room for more games. Anna came in and took Battleship, but they ended up fighting over how to play and it didn't last long.
Now Anna is back to working on her house with the couch cushions, and Emma is working on a craft while they're watching tv.
It's still fairly early, 8:30ish, so we might have time to try out one of our new games yet.
Daddy said, "You know, what we need is a game room." Yeah, I agree, but I can think of things we need more. If I'm putting in orders, though, I'll take lots of windows, a table we can devote to puzzles, so we can leave them while we're working on them, a couple game tables and a craft table, and lots and lots and (I'll say it again) LOTS of shelves.
