Anna and I went out to the grocery store today, and now it's snowing outside and wonderfully cozy to be snuggled under a warm blanket with a little dog on your feet and a good book and plenty of food *just in case* we get a big snowstorm.
I'm not making New Years Resolutions this year...it may be the first time since I was old enough to know what they were that I haven't. What I'm thinking is simply "hopes" for this year...
I hope I will make healthier food decisions this year.
I hope I will loose a bit of weight walking the dog...at the very least I'll get more exercise than I did before I got him. : )
I hope I keep up with reading aloud to the girls. I'm trying to read aloud to them more, because although I really don't like to read aloud, they love it. We've been snuggling in my bed every night (under the electric blanket mom got me for Christmas) and reading...well, I read while they work on crafts (I'll have to work out the post on everything they've been doing...it's amazing).
And, so, life is wonderfully quiet and cozy...and it's cold on the computer...I'm going back to my couch.
